Benefits of being a TRCCC Sponsor

This year we are expecting a turnout of at least 5,000 at the comic con.  Imagine getting that kind of exposure for your business in just a few days!  Let’s talk for a few minutes about the perks of being a sponsor, starting with who we are.

Who Are We?

The Tyler Rose City Comic Con is in its fifth year, and fills a gap for comic con enthusiasts who usually have travel at least a couple of hours to attend a con.  We bring together a diverse group of fans who love things like comic books, science fiction, superheroes, anime, cosplay, movies, horror, music, role playing games, steampunk, and much, much more.

How would you like to reach that East Texas demographic all in one place over just a few days?  Then read on!

Sponsorship Levels

First, let’s talk about sponsorship levels.  For $200 you become a Level 1 sponsor.  You not only get two free passes to the comic con but your company name will be on posters and flyers for the event and on the Tyler Rose City Comic Con website and Facebook page.  As a Level 2 sponsor at $500 you get everything from Level 1 plus having your company announced as a sponsor during the event and a banner in the space.  You also get two additional passes.

Level 3 is $1,000 and in addition to everything from levels 1 and 2 you get your business name announced repeatedly throughout the event, two additional passes (for a total of 6) and two free VIP passes to the meet and greet dinner with the starts.  We even through in four passes to any tour from Jericho’s Tours of Tyler.

For Level 4, the amount is $3,000 and along with everything from Levels 1 through 3 you get sole sponsorship of one of our stars which means that you get to advertise exclusively in that star’s area.  You get included as a sponsor on the TV ads for the comic con and have the opportunity to be a guest judge at the cosplay contests.  You also get free advertising at our next event, and two more passes (for a total of 8) to the comic con.

The top level is Level 5 for $5,000 and you get everything from the previous levels.  In addition, your name will be publicly displayed on our tour vans for one year as they travel throughout the area and we will work with you to use an existing radio ad or create a new one for your business.

That radio ad will be played all day for 60 total days on Astronet Radio–-which is owned by the same people that run the comic con!  You also get a free photo op with one of the stars and have the option to do a private lunch with one of them during the con.

Advertising

Even at the lowest level of sponsorship, you get a ton of advertising at a fraction of the cost it would normally require!  Just our Facebook page and web page will provide you with additional exposure online.  This means that not just large business but small, family-owned businesses can benefit.

Wide Audience

A wide range of ages, interests, backgrounds, cultures, and areas are represented at the con.  Keep in mind that not just “nerds” and “geeks” attend the con – families attend, too.  That means mom and dad, who may not be into superheros like their kids but probably have a strong interest in the services or products your business provides, will be there, too.

Benefiting a Non-Profit

Conclusion
